Kelly Aerospace Thermal Systems utilizes the latest in technology to create lightweight, all electric air conditioning. 

We examined all of the shortcomings from the “Old Technology” air conditioning and designed systems that are simply better. Hermetically sealed, Brushless DC compressors allow us to remove any flight restrictions. Air flow from overhead ducting better directs conditioned air to the passengers and improves overall cabin comfort. True all electric designs also enables the aircraft owner to “Pre-Cool” the cabin without even unlocking the door! With engine mounted compressors the freon hoses run the length of the aircraft and can leak at connections. This makes annual servicing of the system part of ownership. With the compact design of the KATS’ systems, the hose lengths are shortened and connections are minimized, resulting in a significant increase in reliability which in turn reduces maintenance costs associated with our system.
